Drawing on her ongoing Home Office-funded research, Dr Leona Mydlowski will showcase current best practice for post-release risk assessment and management of sex offending. The lecture will be followed by a panel discussion of international initiatives featuring Professor of Psychology, Mark Kebbell (Griffith Criminology Institute), PhD candidate, Amanda Bodker (Griffith Criminology Institute) and visiting forensic psychologist, Sam Ardasinski (President, NSW ANZAPPL).
The session will be hosted and moderated by ARC Future Fellow and Associate Professor Dee Harris. The event will include opportunities for audience questions, focused discussion, and networking.
