Please note this is an Application only and will provide you with one month of membership, with transition to 12 months subject to approval by the Board/committee.
This is for one (1) month only. If your application is approved, you will be invoiced for AUD$60.00 and your membership will be transitioned to a Concession Membership that is valid for 12 months.
We ask that ensure all relevant documentation is attached before you send this application. If applying for concessional membership based on age, please provide one piece of identifying documentation (for example, driver's licence, proof of age card, passport).
You will be notified as soon as your application to ANZAPPL has been passed.
