ANZAPPL (QLD Branch) is pleased to announce the 2010 ANZAPPL Annual Conference will be held in Sufers Paradise between 26-29 August.

Prediction: The Holy Grail

The Congress theme, Prediction: The Holy Grail, is intended to look at the ethics and reliability of prediction – including biological markers, childhood antecedents to offending behaviour, risk assessment, and preventive detention. The theme will cover a broad range of topics from application of recent advances in neurobiology/ genetics, through clinical aspects of risk assessment to efficacy of legislation (including sex offenders).

The Conference will also host the 2010 ANZAPPL AGM.

Annual General Meeting

This year's Annual general Meeting will be held at the conference on the Gold Coast.  The meeting will be held at 4:30pm on Saturday 28th Agusut at the Holiday Inn, Surfers Paradise.
